Now Cambodia is at Defcon II. Defcon III will severe diplomatic ties between US and Cambodia(closing ambassies). No more US special tariff for textile exports to the US and those 400 000 textile workers will be the first ones who will loose their job. If change is what those khmer youngsters and textile workers want, change is what they will get. Raingsy(Mor Yong Fu) must be very proud of his achievement.
