Does anyone have understand or aware of the difference between this year election and the previous one? Did NEC learn a new trick to cheat? "The opposition party, along with numerous observers and rights groups, says Election Day was deeply flawed, including a voter registry that either duplicated names, allowing for multiple votes, or omitted names of many voters." These can be verified by all participant parties before the election, can't they?
