It is 64 years old politician with a spoiled brat that his parents don't allow him to buy his toy at the grocery store syndrome. I witnessed one time that the spoiled brat was trying to make a scene with the toy in his hand and he throw himself on the hard floor. The brat had a unique technique to throw himself without inflicting any pain. He just lay on the floor looking at his parents. When his parents were 10 feet away, he is still on floor, 20 feet he sit and 30 feet he
get up and run to his parents. His parents tell him to put the toy back where he get it from. Raingsy is going back home and ask his Daddy Hun Sen to have his toy.
