RUMORS ofDeal between Hun Sen & Raingsy:
Hun Sen has met Raingsy yesterday, July 21,2013.
1. Hun Sen proposes:
(a) CNRP would take over the government;
Raingsy would be the next Prime Minister and lead the CNRP Cabinet.
Raingsy wouldappoint any one he wants. The same source said, he would like to
appoint KhmerPost Radio President Meach Sovannara, as minister of Interior.
(b) CPP wouldtake over the National Assembly, and Hun Sen would be the next
NationalAssembly President.
2. China would like assurance from Cambodiangovernment about the 3 billion
plus dollars investment in Cambodia. It seemsthat Wang Yi has met Raingsy to
discuss about the 3 billion plus Chinese investmentin different projects in
Cambodia.
3. Cambodian youth still want to organize massdemonstration for political
change/revolution in Cambodia while Raingsy and KemSokha preferred a peaceful
approach/political deal.
4. Hun Sen police tights surveillance control ofthe mass manifestation
leadership. Youth leaders under tougher and tougher police surveillance.
Policethreatened to kill anyone who organize and lead mass demonstration.
