I have very serious doubts about this "rumored deal" which looks to me very 
amateurish.
I understand less and less reflections and thoughts of Baphuon.
Since I read his writing on Khmer Republic, I asked a lot of questions about 
him.
==>For me, Hun Sen never dropped the idea of forming the new government.
And still in my opinion, Hun Sen will surely end up forming the government.
May be I could be wrong,
