Even Rainsy has heard about this offer, he will ignore it for the time being. He still has a little tiny hope that the CNRP won this election. He'd rather having steak tomorrow than having an egg today. But by tomorrow when the steak is not available, he might take the offer.
He had claimed that he is man of principles. Since UNTAC, the one or two prime minster were chosen from the elected candidate in the national election. Raingsy was illegible to vote or to stand as candidate. If he take this offer, it is against any principle. It is a type of bribery and corruption. Also, if CNRP is indeed winning this election, he can not become prime minister neither.
