When Raingsy as still a fugitive abroad, he wrote a letter to Chinese President during his visit to Cambodia.Turns out Raingsy also know how kiss @ss(most of palace lices know how to kiss @ass, it is embedded in their gene). That letter didn't help Raingsy to get pardoned from Hun Sen. There was one article after his return from a fugitive in local Chinese newspaper stated that Raingsy also preferred trade with Chinese. He told this to the local Chinese-Cambodian businessmen in Phnom Penh.
