No matter how often Rainsgy kept saying "nonviolent mass demonstration", the CPP won't lower their guard until at least a month or so after the swear in date. But, Raingsy stops short of where his "nonviolent mass demonstration" will take place. On the street or in that park? Will he have the permit or will he go ahead without the permit?
