What do you think it will happen when the government would not agree with Sam Rainsy? Remember! Government and CPP are two different things when it comes to legalities. The government has the right to govern. They may side CPP. Yet, CPP doesn't have any power in government. Does it make sense? I know some of you do not have any sense anyway.
