"From now on, we address in our speech/correspondences: "Prime Minister Sam Rainsy" and "Mr. Hun Sen" http://ki-media.blogspot.com/2013/09/from-now-on-we-address-in-our.html Murong Fu, a character from "Demi God, Semi Devil" was born with a heavy burden on his shoulder. He was the only sole blood line descendant of a long lost Yin dynasty and he was trying in vain to revive his dynasty by using all sort of underhand methods. Toward the end of the story, he became Emperor. His throne was a small termite mound and his crown was made out of a vine and tree leaves. The only trusted servant left was a girl name Ah Bi, standing beside his throne. In front of them, there were a dozen or so children that Ah Bi brought them to the front of her Emperor by promising them some candies. But, they won't have the candies unless they kowtow Emperor Murong Fun three times and yell "Long Live Emperor Murong Fu". After they have the candies and before the leave, Ah Bi tell them to come again next day. That was 800 years ago in China during the Song Dynasty. Now, in the 21rst Century, we have a similar story. Emperor Murong Fu was played by Sam Raingsy and his faithful servant Ah Bi played by Theary Seng in virtual space.
