What are you going to do when the society is rotten? Are you going to use good leader to lead rotten society? The problem is not the quality of leader. The society itself is the problem. Have the culture of impunity and corruption. Khmer rouge explored it. Many supported it. Then self destruction came. Now the revolving door has come to a full circle. The same Old shit.
