> *Let us take a look at factual situation in Cambodia.*
>
*Many Cambodians have been telling the world how proud they are about their
own country and heritage. Nothing is wrong with that. Unfortunately, things
would be very different when one looks at the facts. *
*Let us just take a look at some of them. *
*They are saying that they are very proud of their nation. They would do
anything to defend their own country. The history shows clearly what
Cambodians have been doing. They go to this place and that place bringing
wars against their own people of different factions in their own country.
It's not just the Khmer Rouge or Vietnamese invasion. The history of
Cambodia has been like that since we can remember. Sihanouk was a
precious king of Cambodia. Yet, he still brought his country into a ditch.
It was not USA, Vietnamese, China Thailand who brought querrels to
Cambodians. IT IS THE CAMBODIANS THEMSELVES WHO HAVE DONE IT. It's even
worse yet when they blame all of those things on other nnations like
USA and Vietnam. Today is in the year of 2013. Cambodians still blame other
nations for their own illnesses. Cambodians are still fighting each other
in their own country. *

*In America, we live in a free world under the laws of the land. There
are differences among ourselves. Yet, we find a way to join together when
it comes to defending our nation. We may disagree about programs and many
others. Yet, we come together to keep our country strong. One of things
that we can be proud of is the ability to set our difference aside for the
benefit of our nation. *

*Unfortunately, that doesn't exist in Cambodia. It is because the Cambodian
people cannot put their country befoer their differences. Each factions
always want power. That's why Cambodians cannot have peace among
themselves. Let us face it. Cambodia was far better than Vietnam in the
late 80s. They had opportunities and cooperation from the international
community to help. Yet, Cambodians could not have their national pride for
their whole nation. They continued to fight one another. And they claim
that they want to bring true democracy to their own country. Cambodians
cannot have true democracy as they wish if they are still fighting. *

*Today, we are still seeing this same situation exist. Cambodians still
divide themselves. They even allowed outsiders to dictate what they do.
They believe that outsiders can bring prosperity. That's a bad persception.
The Cambodian people must stand on their own streangth. Then they can
utilize the helps to help themselves. *

*As we've seen lately, Cambodians still ask other nations to help them.
What kind of people are they? Can they help themselves? Perhaps not.
Cambodians still fight each other for power. Some use power to suppress
others. Some others blame their own Cambodian people for treason etc.....
How can they achieve peace and prosperity when they still stand on their
own individual ground and put their whole nation behind them. That's the
problem. *

*Here is an example. CNRP is in good position to win today, tomorrow, or in
the future. Yet, they want it now by using the uprising. They call it a
peace demonstration. Do they really know that that peace demonstration
shows as a civil disobedience? Civil disobedience is a sign of protest,
unhappiness, uncooperative etc..... These are negative things that keeps
Cambodia from moving forward. CNRP boycot the national assembly is a
mistake. They could have collected the anger of the people for a future
boost in the later ballot box. Unfortunately, their power hunger urges them
to act now. They want the power now. That's wrong. If they insist of doing
this, they will loose. And they will loose big. *
