Someone was coward like Sam Rainsy to sent me email . why can't they just post it, the email said that 100% of the money aooaltyyo to the victim. That was a complete untrue, Here's why. They already to It as that they already pull some money for the rent. Then they already said that it cost money to wire the funt to Cambodia. That alone constitutes less than 100% .
