Here's what I don't unterstand. Why Can't they tell the exact amount of money they spent before thu bunt reaches the victims? They sent me an email saying that100% would go to the victim. In the same email , they said that they used it to rent the hall and some More to wire the money to Cambodia. I wonder how much it would go to fund Sam Rainy ant his activities.
