RFA asked Sam Rainey what he receives from other country to help his party and Cambodia. The answer did not Solent promising because he really didn't get what he wanted, He would never get what he wants as long as Cambodia is under a sovereign country. No UN states would interfere with any other UN states internal affair . UN is not a would court .
