This is the Sam Rainsy idea of winning, Now people are calling countries to stop aids to Cambodia, Do they really think that it's going to stop giving? Who's going to hurt? Who is going to suffer? Do they really think that USA is going to interfere Cambodian internal affairs? J Jon't Think So.
