No one can negotiate with any parties who would not change. It's impossible. I'm not saying he is right or wrong here. I merely say that he does not have any intention to negotiate. It means that he wants the people to rise up against the government. So his kind of peaceful demonstration with hit a point Where the government has no choice but to suppress their demonstration, This is the intention of Kem Sokha. That's why he is using the words: "Peaceful demonstration. Or The voice of the people." if you listen carefully, Kem Sokha rarely use the wort:" CNRP." when it comes to demonstration or propaganda. This is his intention to lead people to rise against the government, Now, what would happen when a group of people rise against their government ? Do you really think that they are going to stand still? ExacHy! Kem Sokha wants people to rise up for his ant Sam Rains y power .
