សូមកូនខ្មែរទាំងអស់ដែលបានស្តាប់ការរៀបរាប់អំពីប្រវត្តិសាស្រ្តនៃដើមចមធ្វើឧ្យបាត់បង់ទឹក ដីកម្ពុជាក្រោមនោះ លោកជុន ចាន់បុត្រ បាននិយាយថា៖ ខេត្តកំពង់ក្របី ព្រៃនគរ នឹងខេត្ត បារៀរ(BAREA) ។ពាក្យនេះ ឬ ឈ្មោះនេះមិមែនពាក្យខ្មែរ ឬ ឈ្មោះខ្មែរទេ ? ។ ខេត្តខ្មែរមួយនេះ(បារៀរ)ជាពាក្យយួន ។ ខេត្តខ្មែរមួយនេះមានឈ្មោះជាខ្មែរហៅថា ៖ ខេត្តព្រះសួគ៌ា ។ ដោយួនអានមិនត្រូវថាព្រះសួគ៌ា ក៏ក្លាយទៅជាបារៀររហូតមក ដល់សព្វថ្ងៃនេះ ។ ឯខេត្តព្រៃនគរវិញ ៖ពាក្យដើមមានឈ្មោះថា ៖ ខេត្តព្រៃគរ(គឺដើមគរ) ដោយយួនពិបាកហៅព្រៃគរ យួនវាបានបង្កើតពាក្យថ្មីពាក់កណ្តាលជាពាក្យខ្មែរ ពាក់កណ្តាល ទៀតជាពាក្យយួន ៖ ពាក្យព្រៃនៅជាពាក្យខ្មែរដដែលតែក្លាយសម្លេងទៅជាសី ។ ឯគរ (ដើមគរ) យួនបកប្រែទៅជាពាក្យយួនថា GONG ប្រែជាខ្មែរមកថាដើមគរ យួនយកពាក្យ សី+GONG =ចេញទៅជាពាក្យយួនថា៖ SAIGON រហូតមក ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៥ យួនបានប្តូរឈ្មោះ SAIGON នេះមកជា HO CHI MINH ។ មានខ្មែរមួយចំនួនដែលអួតអាងថាខ្លួនជាអ្នកស្រទ្បាញ់ស្នេហាទឹកដីខ្មែរនោះមិនហៅថាខេត្ត ព្រះសួគ៌ា ឬ ខេត្តព្រៃគរ ឬ ខេត្តព្រៃនគរ ទេ បែជាទៅ ហៅតាមយួនទៅវិញថា៖ខេត្តបារៀរ ឬ ខេត្តSAIGON ទៅតាមយួនទៅវិញ ??? នេះមកពីខ្វះពត៌មាន ? ឬ មកពីមានគំនិតទោទន់ទៅតាមយួន ??? ។
