Corruption is normal in Cambodia. It has been accepted by the people on the top all the way to the bottom. Oh! They are not using the word "corruption" anymore. They give them because they appreciated what they had done for them. Oh wait! There is another one. It is ok for officials to accept some forms of gift because those officials need some support on their expenses. As you can see, there are many forms of Corruptions in Cambodia. They are perfectly ok by the Cambodian people.
