Let us look at whatever they are doing when it comes to organized labor and
private factory owners.
There always are negotiation when it comes to the two parties. One provide
works. And the others provide workers to do work.
These two parties negotiate for a common contract for a certain period of
time.

Let take a look at the organized labor in Cambodia.
They don't want to negotiate. Actually, they are demanding from factory
owners to give them this and that. Furthermore, they even demand the
government to give them something in addition to whatever they want from
the factory owners.

They are demanding for their salary to double from whatever it is because
they feel that the other countries get that.
They are demanding from the owners to give them additional benefits.
In addition, they are demanding the government to release those people in
jail.

We are seeing demand. Otherwise, they are boycotting whatever they want.
As you can see, they are demanding with the support of CNRP behind them.
If those factory workers really want to work with those owners, they would
give their good faith negotiation for a solution. Instead, they have walked
out of works hoping that those owners would meet their demand.
They are not. That's not how businesses work when it comes to organized
labor.

Now, CNRP wants to mix disagreement between organized labor and owners to
their political stalemate. That's wrong. As the result, we see factory
workers demand instead of negotiate. That's wrong.

If Sam Rainsy wants to give those factory workers double of their salary,
he should wait until he gets in the office. Today, he is not. It means that
he can only arouse those people to rise up against the government as Sam
Rainsy wanted. They have been doing it. Some of them have lost their lives.
And some others have been jailed. What happened to Sam Rainsy. He is using
the situation to gain his political movement. Those who lost their lives
will be silent. Those who are jailed are suffering. Sam Rainsy is happy
because he has something to use for his movement. THAT'S WRONG.

Sam Rainsy and organized labor leaders have no intention for negotiation to
make it work. We are not talking about the negotiation with the government.
We are talking about organized labor and factory owners. They don't want it
to work because Sam Rainsy is struggling to gain in politics. He wants to
use it for his advantage.

Sam Rainsy! That's very wrong.

Let organized labor do what they do best.
Let factory owners to conduct their businesses. \
These are life line for many poor people.
Let them live. Leave the politics out of their businesses.
