Hague court is not for every crimes on earth. It's not going to work. If Hun Sen has committed serious crimes, why do countries like USA, France, Australia etc.... still have diplomatic ties with Cambodia. If Hun Sen is a criminal, who are the rest of the world still dealing with him, especially the ASEAN countries? Can you answer these questions when you know so much? Thanks
