The people ought to understand that those Japanese carefully used the language
to identify themselves.
I don't know how many of you think about the protocol when it comes to a
sovereign country like Cambodia. Whether you like it or not, Cambodia is a
legitimate country with a government accepted by many other countries.
Diplomatic relationship between Cambodia and other nations is normal. It means
that no other nations would interfere with the internal affair of Cambodia. It
applies to the current Japanese convoy as well.

However, this Japanese convoy were able to do what they have been doing so far
only after they were asked by the Cambodian government for help. The invitation
made it possible. Now, people must understand that they will not try to change
anything. They will advise. At this point, RFA had reported something
important. Either parties must understand that they will be seen by the people
as opposition to reform when they don't follow the recommendation of the
Japanese convoy. Now, if the Sam Rainsy Camp still stay away from any movement
with this convoy, their political life perhaps will end.
