I know you don't like what I'm sayng however the fact remained to same. The CN RP party said that they wants to negotiate. At the same time they said that they want to meet demand. How can one negotiate when wanted me to meet demand. That is not a negotiation. Now they telling or asking the human right people from getting in the state nation to help them win. That is not going to happen. If one wants peace for dinner country all if one wants to resolve deadlock in politics that is not the way to do it. Cambodians have a history of destroying one another and this is just that
