Bonjour, Suite à la publication d'un article dans Phnom Penh Post en date du 9 Octobre 2014, intitulé : *Continental divide for CNRP <http://phnompenhpost.com/national/continental-divide-cnrp>* le clivage interne au sein des antennes CNRP en dehors du Cambodge est depuis lors connu du Public. Il se retrouve dans beaucoup de pays. *La situation se durcit et se complique de plus en plus en France.* Le Peuple Cambodgien depuis les élections du 28 Juillet 2013 *ne souhaite sûrement pas voir cette guerre intestine exister et perdurer au sein du CNRP*. Les dirigeants du CNRP *n'ont pas* *le droit d'ignorer ce problème et d'esquiver leur responsabilité* de le résoudre*.* J'aimerais solennellement demander *au Président, au Vice-Président* *du CNRP de mettre fin à ces divisions* *une bonne fois pour toutes* *et d'apporter des solutions durablespour solidifier la base arrière du Parti.* *Le respect des règles élémentaires de la Démocratie et l'application des Directives du CNRP Phnom Penh sont les Eléments Clés de la solution.* Un autre pilier de la solution pour solidifier notre base arrière serait *d'associer nos Militants aux débats sur la nouvelle* *Plateforme Politique pour les Elections de 2018*. *Le CNRP, en plus du soutien Vital du Peuple du Cambodge, aura besoin de l'UNION de tous les Démocrates (Jeunes, Intellectuels) pour gouverner le Pays.* Signés : M. The CNRP leaders do not have *the right to ignore this problem and shirk their responsability to solve the issue*. I'd like to make a formal request to both of you *to take the necessary actions and to bring a global and lasting solution, putting an end to the Division within CNRP,* *once for all,and strenthening our Rear Base abroad. The respect of the Basic Rules of Democracy and the application of CNRP Directives are the Key Components of the Solution.* Another pillar of the solution would be to *involve CNRP's activists in the debates related to the elaboration of* *CNRP platform for 2018* *Election*. *CNRP, in addition to the Vital support of the People, will need the UNION of all Democrats to govern Cambodia.* Signed : M.
