បើចង់លប់(លុប)ចោល(? ) ក៏លប់ចោលទៅ (?) របស់ដែលហៅថា៖ វប្បធម៌សន្ទនាស្អីគេនោះ(?) សូមអញ្ជើញដោយសេរី អាខ្វាក់ហ៊ុន សែនអើយ !ដែលមានងារជាអាសម្ដាចម៌អគតិមហាមេចោរក្បត់ជាតិភ្នែកទោលលក់ទឹកលក់ដីស៊ីជោរជាអាយ៉ងយួន នោះ ពីព្រោះវប្បធម៌សន្ទនាស្អីគេនោះ(?) វាមិនបានបំរើប្រយោជន៏ប្រទេសខ្មែរនឹងប្រជាជនខ្មែរទេ(?) ។ គឺវាបានប្រយោជន៏សម្រាប់តែអាចោរក្បត់ជាតិតែពីរក្បាលគត់តែប៉ុណ្ណោះ គឺ៖ ១- អាអតីតមេចោរលួចគោឈ្មោះអាហ៊ុន សែនបានក្លាយខ្លួនទៅជានាយករដ្ឋមន្រ្តីមេចោរបន្តទៅទៀតនៅក្នុងអាណត្តទី៥នេះដោយស្របច្បាប់នៅក្រោមវប្បធម៌សន្ទនាដ៏មហាអគតិស្អីគេនោះ។ ២- អាអតីតទណ្ឌិតឈ្មោះសម រង្ស៊ីដែលមិនមានសិទ្ធ ធ្វើជាតំណាងរាស្រ្តសោះនៅក្នុងអាណត្តទី៥នេះក៏អាចក្លាយខ្លួនទៅជាតំណាងរាស្រ្តដោយខុសនឹងច្បាប់យ៉ាងគ្រហើរៗនៅក្រោមវប្បធ៌សន្ទនាអគតិស្អីគេនោះដែរនៅក្នុងព្រះរាជាណាចក្រអច្ឆរិយៈចោរ៕ ពីខ្ញុំៈខែម ខៀវ
