ដើម្បីរំដោះប្រទេសខ្មែរចេញពីកណ្ដាប់ដៃអាយួននឹងបរិវាជាអាយ៉ងរបស់វា(?) ។
ឬមួយលោកសម រង្ស៊ីមកធ្វើនយោបាយនេះដើម្បីប្រមូលប្រាក់ដុល្លារតាមមធ្យោបាយប្រជា
