Extend/document the Scala DSL to support every EIP the Java DSL does

Work on the Scala DSL started with CAMEL-419, but it still requires a lot of
work to have it support every EIP the Java DSL does.
http://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/pages/pageinfo.action?pageId=82603 gives a
list of all the EIPs to be implemented. We should make sure to add an example
for every EIP as we move along to make sure the entire DSL gets documented
properly.
