Well the patch only addressed the bug with useJmx.

Camel does not run on WebSphere 6.1, and in fact you can not mange the Camel 
mbeans from the jconsole as you can from eg. Jetty.
However this is no surprise as WebSphere does have its troubles.

I might fight this battle from time to time as my current client is sadly a 
WebSphere shop.

I will target this for 1.5 and create a ticket for the useJmx that is fixed in 
1.4
