spring integration jars missing

Hi all,

The spring integration 1.0.0.M5 artifact is no longer available in the 
Spring milestone repo [1]. So, Camel fails to build if you don't have 
this artifact in your local maven repo. I've asked the Spring folk about 
this but if the milestones were removed for a reason we may have to 
switch to a SNAPSHOT version until they get their release out.
