We have a filter in camel-jms that will replace dots to underscore and vice
verse when its being consumed.
I guess the dots is just a to "standard" practice to use for header names as we
use package names: org.apache.camel.XXX
As the jms stuff now works, maybe we should consider closing this ticket, and
leave it be?
