I just did a quick fix for the basic authentication of camel-http.
Now you can use "username" and "password" as the parameter name to set the
basic authentication for camel-http producer.
camel-http also provides a plugable strategy (HttpClientConfigurer) for
configuring the HttpClient, you can create your own HttpClientConfigurer to set
the authentication for the httpclient.
TODO update the wiki page of it.
