not sure if this is helpful but you can switch the container
implementation on the component
<bean id="jms" class="org.apache.camel.component.jms.JmsComponent">
<property name="consumerType" value="ServerSessionPool"/>
<!-- other properties here -->
</bean>
look at the ConsumerType enum for more choices
