Resolved, there was another piece of code developed by my friend that set a BoundedThreadPool. Removed it and all works fine !
:-) Many thanks Gary for help For James, I think is a good solution to set getter and setter methods for SslSocketConnector in JettyHttpComponent with which one can set (for example) the keystore path or anything else.
