The only standard dimensions that I'm aware of would be those of the film
holders. Outside of that, I think that the design is pretty much up to
you or the manufacturer. I suppose that there are some common, although
not specifically standard lens board sizes. It kind of depends on which
camera systems you want to be compatible with? That really is only an
issue if you want to be able to interchange parts.
