Believe that Adams' 8x10 horizontal enlarger started life as some sort of camera. The Print, by Ansel Adams, Morgan and Morgan, c. 1968 has a schematic of his 8x10 enlarger. (See page 35/illustration 16). He has instructions for converting a standard view camera to an enlarger with enough detail to be feasible.
Aristo at one time made a cold light head that would adequately cover 8x10.
