I got a CZJ 135/4.0 triotar in M42 which required cleaning
of the glass and a re-grease of the heliocord.

The glass has been cleaned without incident, but I've taken
the heliocord apart to re-grease and now I can't seem to get it
back toghether. I tried to mark as many things as I could ,
but it appears I must've missed a few steps.

The primary problem is that there is a straight thread going
clockwise which is attached to the main focus ring, a slanted threaded
sleeve going anti-clockwise, and there is a groove down the centre
in which an index foot/marker moves straight (horizontall).

Is there a standard way to assemble/disassemble heliocords? I had a
similar problem with a T-mt Soligor 28/2.8 to which I've not managed
to put back the heliocord either.

I generally avoid taking heliocord focusing mech. apart where possible,
but this one was really so stiff that it left me little choice.
