Hi David,
Maybe it would be sensible to look for a usable old 8x10 or 11x14 camera
on eBay or elsewhere. Otherwise, aren't you going to have to get into the
complexities of making bellows and boxes, movable lens standards, etc. If
you could get some of these problems already solved for you by adapting a
working old view camera, you would probably be done more quickly, and you
would still have plenty to do.
On the Ansel Adams enlarger, there has been so much written about and by
him that it might be possible to come up with the details with the help of
your local reference librarian.
