Hi Will,
As I remember, these things offer only one "instantaneous" speed, plus
whatever slow speeds you can produce with a rubber air-bulb and your own
sense of timing! In other words, they are pretty primitive, about on the
level of the old box-camera shutters which offered instantaneous, and time
and/or bulb. RKS
