  Maybe it would make sense to buy a packet of the prepared Neofin Blue (the 
Tetenal commercial product) to try before going to the expense and trouble 
of getting your own chemicals and mixing the formula.  You could also use 
the commercial product to check and see whether the formula given at 
"Charlie's" seems to produce the same results.  I note a somewhat weaselly 
disclaimer at the end of the text following the formulas.  Also, the Tetenal 
product comes as a single-solution liquid concentrate, not a two-part
