Maybe most of his transactions are OK, but Shutterbug had several complaints against him, including mine. I had to band with another person to gang up on him for me to get refunds for defective equipment, and and the other guy ffinally got some of his paid for, promised, but never delivered equipment. This is after individual efforts failed. Shutterbug would do nothing about it, despite their stated policies. I don't buy Shutterbug anymore.
