Am I wrong in thinking that it won't be too hard take the lens and other parts from this first camera and move it to something better later on? I'm not worried about looks with this one. The only goal is to make my mistakes. The only hardwoods in the house right now are ash and hickory. I'm guessing both are too heavy for this?
