Marty,   There is a #6 Packard shutter which has an "instantaneous" speed as well as the "bulb" or "time" function.    By inserting a small pin into a little hole on the shutter it renders the shutter capable of an exposure of roughly 1/25 second. (This might vary with operator and shutter and some say it is closer to 1/20 or 1/15 second).    I believe you can get them new through Hub Photo in New Jersey and I see them on eBay fairly often.   Dennis A.
