Some labs will give 'em up, some wont. I think they get some credit for them. I offered one place to pay their deposit/credit value and in the end they changed their mind...the manager couldn't "think out of the box"...just couldn't deal with the idea. I >think< they had 160 uF photoflash electrolytic caps...or was it 160VDC...I forget...seems like 160 uF 330 VDC is coming to mind.
