        I wonder if these are similar/same to the Agfa lens I got this week. Who did 
you email at Agfa?-) The F/22 number is likely the best Fstop for the lens. 
My understanding is proccess lens less then 600mm are best corrected at f/22. 
The coverage numbers at 1:1 will be greater then those at normal use. The 
rule of thumb I've been going by is 1/2 the 1:1 coverage at infinity.

    I wonder if your lens are really f/8 and not f/9. See if the lens opens up 
if you turn it past the f/9 setting. With these lens always being used at 
f/22 I doubt if it really mattered just how fast they claimed.

  FWIW the 105 [actually it's really 103.8mm hows that for accuracy] seems to 
light up a 4x5 ground glass. But then mine is a super-intergon so who knows 
if it's the same.
