Hi Dolan, We received reports reporting similar problem. The problem is InstallAnywhere has problem to work with JDK 1.4 beta. Removing JDK 1.4 beta before installation should fix the problem.
If you don't want to remove JDK 1.4, another option is to download Camino's plain *.zip release (the "other platform" option on http://www.scioworks.com/scioworks_camino_download.html), unzip it and start Camino on the command-line: java -jar [camino_installation_dir]\lib\camino_dist.jar Let me know how it goes. -- John At 07:08 pm 16-11-2001 -0800, you wrote: >I'm getting a LaunchAnywhere error when trying to install -- it says: > >"Can't launch executable. >"Could not load jvm.dll > >"Try re-installing the Java VM or change the Java VM used by the >application. > >[snipped] > >This is on a Win2k box using Java 1.4 0 beta 2 b77.
