i created new project on my system. my locale is CP1250. that's locale not Encoding ! every file created by camino is encoded with this locale - <?xml version="1.0" encoding="cp1250"?> so camino can't read own created files. also .cpx file is encoded with default system locale. so camino can't read it's own created file (org.xml.sax.SAXParseException - unsupported 8-bit encoding (found "cp1250") (expected "UTF-8 or ISO-8859-1")) i reported this bugs before and there was one solution ... in early beta build there was some switch to force locale/encoding .. but i missed this feature when builds with installer/laucher was released.
