Hello,

I am evaluating the 1.0.1 product and have noticed that it is not including several JSPs from an existing development project.  It finds other JSP files in the directories.  I saw that this was occurring with Beta versions of the product and it still appears in the current release.  What is the staus of fixing this problem.

We need some more information to diagnose the problem:
  • What OS platform is it?
  • Do all of your JSPs have the same extension *.jsp?
  • Do you mean that when there are, let say, two JSPs x.jsp and y.jsp in the same directory, x.jsp was picked up by Camino but not y.jsp?
  • Did Camino display any error dialog box?
  • Did Camino show any parse error in the Message View (the bottom pane)?
  • When you experience the same symptom from Camino next time, could you send us the camino.log file to us? It's located in the installation directory.
Additionally, is is possible to add a feature that would allow one to explictly add a JSP to the doc root if it is not found during the parse?

Yes, this feature, among other major enhancements, is planned for the coming release.
The next release will be available around June. All the existing users of v1.0.x will get free upgrade.

Let us know if you have other feature requests.

regards,
