could not load jvm.dll

Trying to download Camino and I keep getting this error.  I have de-installed and re-installed my jre and to no avail.  I have tried downloading camino twice and I keep getting this error.  "Can't launch executable.  Could not load jvm.dll  Try re-installing the Java VM or change the Java VM used by the application." 

Please send any suggestions/comments.
