encoding bug fix?

hi,
sorry,i put subject in Bcc colomn of the mail.
so i send it again.

i am a newbie in using camino.
i changed lax.nl.java.option.additional=-
Dfile.encoding=ISO-8859-1 in camino_launcher.lax.
but still meet error like:
org.xml.sax.SAXParseException - unsupported 8-bit
encoding (found "GBK") (expected "UTF-8 or ISO-8859-
1"))
now what i can do?
