[Camino] recent builds and images ...

just noticed recent builds don't display jpgs very well.  images which 
look fine in other browsers (including mozilla 1.5a and the 7/15 
firebird build) look blocky in the 8/12 camino build.

is this worthy of a bug report, or is this a known problem?
